Got into bicycling, I just bought a 1984 Raleigh MKII Super course that'll keep me goin til summer or so. More details on it when I'm not so tired

Still doing push ups and crunches at home with some light weights from time to time. Once settled living wise I will be switching gyms.

brought the weight set up to my room a couple week ago and been loving it ever since. to bad it figed cold and all the waling paths are ice or i would go for a mile and a 1/4 walk every night with the weights.

My friends and I have been riding weekly, we're up to about 20 miles so far. We need to be at about 40-45 miles before the race in May.

Today:

Spread cable lat pull downs

Standing bar bell curls

Seated individual lat row

Standing cable single arm curls

1 mile on treadmill, no pain, 65%.

Today:

-dumbell, flat bench chest press 4 sets

-hanging leg raises 4 sets

-decline crunches 2 sets

-decline cable flies 4 sets

-triceps rope pull down 4 sets

-reverse triceps pull down 4 sets

-dumbell, incline chest flies 4 sets

-forward, straight arm cable pull down 3 sets

-decline dumbell flies 4 sets to burn out

1 mile treadmill 80% pace.

Kick butt workout, will be sore tomorrow.

-kneeling cable lat pull downs 3 sets

-single arm cable curls 4 sets

-standing lat rows 4 sets

-standing single arm cable rows 4 sets

-hammer curls 4 sets

10 minutes on the treadmill 70%

dude your doing better them me as of lately i have not done nothing have a tooth ache and flu like symtoms. so i have been siting on the pc to much and buying to much crap.

I need to be in an everyday rhythm for me to make the best progress. I am feeling like dog crap today, so I have no power to hit the gym. Would probably just puke on the first set. :(
