Which sports make you fit and Active?

Climbing High line poles and jumping up and down on my bucket truck at work is for the most part, all the exercise I can stand in one day ...

in the heat, or in the cold, really makes no difference ... 8 plus hours a day/night still wares you out ...

followed by an occasional set of 12 ounce curles at the end of the day ... :drink40:

and those special occasions with the wife makes for great energy burning ... :attempt:

no time for sports (unless practiceing with the kids for school sports), treadmills and stair climbers for me ... :shrug:
