I get my workout every day at work climbing telephone, towers, juming in and out of my bucket truck, and digging trenches for underground cable.

I deserve a good cold one when all that is over with !!!

We (me and the wife) usually meet up around lunch time (or sometimes before work now that I'm working late day shift) to walk the mile around the local park every chance we get.
